Ensure seamless daily operations across key departments (Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Guest Services), upholding Mangia’s brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with international luxury hospitality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational activities, optimizing workflows and resource allocation
Monitor service, quality, and efficiency KPIs, implementing corrective actions where needed
Support the General Manager in strategic planning and achieving performance targets
Lead department teams, fostering motivation, accountability, and continuous development
Manage VIP guest relations and resolve issues with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sustainability regulations
Collaborate with HR on onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development
Maintain high standards of service delivery across all touchpoints of the guest journey
Contribute to brand consistency and operational excellence through cross‑departmental coordination
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in operational roles within upscale or luxury hospitality
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and results‑driven mindset
In‑depth knowledge of Rooms and F&B operations; management background preferred
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Familiarity with PMS systems, reporting tools, and digital platforms
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest‑centric approach
