Position Type: Full-Time

Commensurate with experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work well with children
• Ability to work well under direction of classroom teacher
• Ability to communcate effectively
• Some experience working with children
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a teach atmosphere
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

• Assist teacher in preparing and delivering instructional materials to students
• Co-teach in both cooperative and small group settings
• Help maintain neat and orderly classroom
• Help with inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment
• Help teacher keep administrative records & prepare required reports
• Supervises children on the playground, at lunch, during study time, and in other assigned areas
• Assists with loading and unloading of buses at the bus ramp and/or other areas where students enter/exit the school campus
• Participates in required training programs
• Assists with the supervision of students during field trips, as assigned by the Principal and/or Designee
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or designee
