Job Overview
Sport Clips Haircuts in Palestine, TX seeks an experienced Salon Manager to lead a fun, family-oriented team.
Responsibilities- Motivate and manage a team of hair stylists & barbers to deliver excellent results.
- Provide a championship haircut experience for clients.
- Balance time between cutting hair on the floor and coaching the team.
- Base pay $30–45 per hour plus tips and bonuses.
- Medical/Dental/Vision, Aflac Insurance.
- Paid vacation and most major holidays closed.
