Seeking a Qualified Field Supervisor for Personal Care Services in the Palestine Tx! • Must be a licensed nurse (RN) in good standing; OR have completed at least two years (60 credit hours) of college-level education.
• One (1) year's management or supervisory experience for a healthcare provider may be substituted for each required year of college.

• The Field Supervisor supervises the delivery of personal care services ensuring clients receive service according to authorized task and hours.
• Communicates with employees, case managers and clients in a professional and effective manner.
• Specialize Educational Training designed to prepare attendants to client specific needs based on diagnosis.
• Attends Team Meetings and/or training as required.
• Available to provide services to clients if back-up PCA is not available.
• Scheduling according to service plans, authorized hours and required days per week.
