Responsibilities
- Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates.
- Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by setting goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility objectives such as production, quality, and safety.
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective actions or recommendations.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, and modeling logistics and company policies.

Qualifications- Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field AND 1‑year supervisory experience; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; OR
- 1‑year Walmart Logistics Management experience; OR
- 2‑years Walmart Logistics experience; OR
- 2‑years supervisory experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience supervising associates
- Walmart Logistics Manager background
- Bachelor’s in Business
- Bachelor’s in Logistics
Annual salary range: $65,500.00 – $98,000.00.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses; may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and stock.
