Position
Youth Ministry Pastor (full‑time) – a leadership role for a married individual in the church youth ministry.
Location & ContactCalvary Baptist Church, 703 Gillespie Rd, Palestine, TX 75401, (903) 729‑5924. Email:
Responsibilities- Lead and develop programs for church youth, including Sunday school, biblical studies, and outreach activities.
- Preach and teach Scripture in a way that engages and encourages youth participation.
- Provide pastoral care and mentorship to young members.
- Collaborate with church staff to integrate youth ministry goals with the overall church mission.
- Called and approved by church leadership, with a strong commitment to Christian discipleship.
- Deep knowledge of the King James Version of the Bible.
- Demonstrated integrity and humility in personal life and ministry.
- Experience in youth ministry or related pastoral roles preferred.
Full‑time salary and a parsonage provided.
