• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives.
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

• $1000 Sign‑on Bonus for FT employment only, paid out 30, 60, 90 days.
• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am shifts available, every other weekend off.
