• Drive sales and distribution of company products directly to retail outlets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure proper product display and stock rotation at customer outlets.
• Promote new products and offers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Submit daily sales and collection reports to the direct manager.

• High school diploma; university degree considered a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with customers.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food sector.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ensure the cash van is clean, well‑maintained, and stocked with sufficient inventory.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical stamina for loading/unloading products.
• Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).
