EAG CDJR of Palestine is seeking an experienced, driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and capitalize on outstanding growth opportunities.

• Extensive inventory — One of the strongest selections of new and pre-owned Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles in the region (routinely 150+ units), giving your team the tools to match customers quickly and close more deals.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed volume, gross, and CSI goals
• Drive processes that maximize our deep inventory and modern facility advantages
• Oversee daily sales operations, training, and performance management
• Collaborate with management on inventory strategy, promotions, and customer experience initiatives
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction

• Proven automotive sales management experience (CDJR or similar franchise preferred)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and results-oriented track record
• Ability to leverage inventory depth, facility advantages, and market size into consistent growth
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
