Maintenance-Pressure washer

Kim's Convenience Stores is a rapidly growing convenience store chain, currently having 21 locations with several more coming soon. We are searching for friendly, energetic, and highly motivated candidates to join our team!

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Pressure Washer to join our team. You must know how to operate a high-pressure washing system to clean large areas, such as buildings, parking lots, walkways, etc., and prepare surfaces for repair or construction. When working with the equipment, you must ensure the water supply is sufficient for the job and follow all industry standards and safety regulations.

Our ideal candidate has industry experience, can work independently, and is willing to drive to different job site locations.

Pressure Washer Duties and Responsibilities

• Check the equipment to make sure you have an adequate water supply and that it is working properly
• Operate pressure washer machinery to clean surfaces
• Inspect the surface area after the washing to ensure it is clear of dirt and debris
• Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of industry experience with high-pressure equipment preferred
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to stand extended periods and lift at least 35 pounds
• Valid Driver's License

Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers. Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
