Zito Media is seeking a Service Installation Technician to perform routine installations, disconnects, and troubleshooting of cable, high-speed internet, phone services and end user equipment. This position requires on-call evenings and weekends when scheduled.
Prior experience preferred, but training is available. Responsibilities include installing services, submitting work orders, fault identification, customer communication, and using standard tools at heights and in varying conditions.
