- 90-minute roundtable discussion, 10 participants seated together
- Venue has a PA system on-site (Behringer X32 Compact digital mixer) — you won't be responsible for the venue's system itself, but may be able to tap into it for feeds
- Your role: mic all 10 participants and monitor audio quality throughout for video recording (not front-of-house sound for the room)
- Also running a separate backup audio recorder alongside the main audio capture
- We'll do a walkthrough beforehand to plan mic placement and confirm what the venue's system can offer
- Date:
Friday, 9/26/2026 - Program starts 1:30pm, plan to arrive earlier for setup
- Location:
Palisades Park, NJ (indoor) - Pay: $200 for the day
Must have your own mics/gear for multi-person setups (tabletop boundary mics or similar) and a backup recording device. Experience with panel/roundtable audio a plus. If you need me to rent out more mics and equipment, let me know the cost.
