Bookkeeper - PT

Location:

Palm Bay, FL

Pay Range: $22-25 per hour

Part Time, 15–20 hours per week, on‑site

• Making deposits and writing checks for operating accounts, attorney trust accounts, and real estate closings
• Providing payroll support and tracking client payments
• Maintaining multiple bank accounts and ensuring accurate reconciliation
• Ensuring compliance with Florida Bar regulations for attorney trust accounts
• Supporting accounting activities through general ledger management for year‑end tax preparation

• High school diploma or GED;
  Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance helpful but not required
• Minimum of 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency with Office
  365 and Quick Books
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work on‑site in Palm Bay, FL
