Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Duration: 5 months + Possible Extension
Location: Palm Bay, FL

As an Executive Assistant
, you will:

• Have a high level of experience with Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Powerpoint).
• Have high level of expertise in Concur for travel and expense reporting.
• Possess proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Concur for travel planning and expenses, handling details of highly confidential and critical nature.
• Collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
• Prepare presentation materials for board of director meetings.
• Makes high‑level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Provide overall support as a highly developed individual contributor, working autonomously and mentoring lower‑level peers.
• Works on assignments requiring judgment and initiative.

• Education & Experience that requires highly developed job knowledge/skills.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a 2‑year post‑secondary/Associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.

Pay Range* $40-$45 per hour.
