Job Description:
Must have a high level of experience with Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint). Must have high level of expertise in Concur for travel and expense reporting. Provides administrative support to senior executive staff. Requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. Has proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Concur travel planning and expenses. Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. Prepares presentation materials for board of director meetings. Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Overall Summary Highly developed support individual contributor. May act as a mentor to lower level peers and provide guidance on tasks. Makes recommendations for solutions. Works on assignments requiring judgment and initiative.
Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
