What You’ll Do

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the main faces of our office and play a huge role in the patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting patients warmly by name and creating a welcoming environment
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently
  • Answering phones with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
  • Assisting patients with paperwork and office processes
  • Verifying and understanding insurance information
  • Checking patients in and out while collecting payments
  • Helping maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office
  • Communicating closely with doctors and team members to maximize patient care
  • Anticipating patient needs and helping create a five-star experience
  • Staying organized and efficient in a busy, fast-moving environment
