As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the main faces of our office and play a huge role in the patient experience.

• Greeting patients warmly by name and creating a welcoming environment
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently
• Answering phones with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
• Assisting patients with paperwork and office processes
• Verifying and understanding insurance information
• Checking patients in and out while collecting payments
• Helping maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office
• Communicating closely with doctors and team members to maximize patient care
• Anticipating patient needs and helping create a five-star experience
• Staying organized and efficient in a busy, fast-moving environment

• A naturally friendly, extroverted, and positive personality
• Someone who truly enjoys helping and interacting with people
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and upbeat during busy times
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable learning computer systems and office software
• Customer service experience preferred
• Chiropractic, medical office, hospitality, sales, or high-level customer service experience is a plus
