Jobear Contracting is hiring Construction Laborers for civil construction projects throughout the Space Coast.
With over 40 years in the area, our team works on roads, utilities, and infrastructure that are part of the local community. We’re looking for dependable people who want steady work and an opportunity to grow.
Construction Laborer- Assist with grading, pipe work, and general sitework.
- Load/unload materials and tools.
- Support equipment operators and crew.
- Willingness to work hard and learn.
- Reliable and on time.
- Clean driver’s license required.
- Construction experience is a plus.
- Consistent overtime (45+ hours most weeks).
- Medical, dental, and 401(k).
