- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Clean equipment and facility as requested.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Perform basic math skills accurately, including giving change.
- Have an outgoing personality and serve as the first friendly and professional contact for phone and carry‑out customers.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
- Stand for long periods of time; there are no chairs available for employees.
