Job Description

• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Clean equipment and facility as requested.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Perform basic math skills, including giving accurate change.
• Serve as the first point of contact with callers and carry‑out customers, communicating in a friendly and professional manner.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen monitor.
• Stand for long periods; no chairs are provided for employees.
