Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled Project Engineer to join our team and play a key role in driving product quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on manufacturing environment and enjoys collaborating across engineering, production, and customer‑facing teams.

• Ensure all products meet customer drawings, specifications, and PO requirements while developing and managing BOMs and manufacturing routers.
• Support new product development.
• Lead design and process changes.
• Approve tooling, fixtures, and CNC programs.
• Lead product reviews.
• Investigate and resolve MRBs.
• Support quoting and cost analysis.
• Recommend safety and ergonomic improvements.
• Participate directly in customer and supplier discussions to keep programs moving smoothly.

• Experience with CAD software.
• A strong background in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, welding, or fiber laser processes.
• Familiarity with AS9100 environments is a plus.
• Top strengths include CAD proficiency, hands‑on manufacturing knowledge, and fabrication experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palm Bay, FL.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
