Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced CEFIB and TEM Engineer for our Global Quality Assurance Lab in Palm Bay, Florida. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience with Circuit Edit Focused Ion Beam (CE-FIB) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) tools, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering. The role involves managing and supporting design and failure analysis teams.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.
