Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, every other Friday off

• A polygraph examination is required due to program clearance requirements.
• Execute fabrication, assembly, integration, test, or inspection such as optical fiber splicing and recoating, fabrication and inspection of photonic circuits, mechanical builds and assemblies, metal soldering, microscopy and profilometry.
• Experience with machining parts with standard tooling and shop equipment.
• Integration of COTS optical equipment (power meters & monitoring equipment, optical laser sources, etc.) per detailed architecture block diagrams and wiring diagrams.
• Assistance with equipment calibration in accordance with vendor or custom calibration procedures.
• Ensure preventative maintenance is performed regularly in accordance with documentation.
• Maintain and operate wire bonding, photomasking, epoxy application for optical device fabrication.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, workspace organization, and reliability.
• Experience with precision building and assembly operations.

• 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years of experience with a BA degree.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
