The Operations Analyst Intern at Jaycon Systems LLC supports cross-functional teams by analyzing, organizing, and improving operational data across departments. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights, identifying inefficiencies, and enhancing data accuracy within ERPNext to drive better decision-making and continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities- Collect, review, and consolidate data from multiple departments (e.g., production, supply chain, sales).
- Clean and organize datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports to support operational visibility and decision-making.
- Identify patterns, trends, and inefficiencies in operational processes.
- Analyze ERPNext data to detect gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Propose and implement improvements for data tracking and reporting within ERPNext.
- Collaborate with team leads to understand data needs and operational challenges.
- Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
- Document workflows, data structures, and reporting processes for future scalability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, AI tools, Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus).
- Ability to interpret and visualize data clearly (charts, dashboards, reports).
- Attention to detail and a data accuracy mindset.
- Understanding of basic business operations (supply chain, production, or sales is a plus).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (ERPNext preferred, but not required).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Availability to work between 20–40 hours per week for the duration of the internship (approximately 90 days).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
- English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Remote or hybrid work environment, depending on location and team needs.
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production, supply chain, and sales teams.

- Data Accuracy Rate:
Percentage of datasets cleaned and validated without errors. - Data Organization Efficiency:
Improvement in accessibility and usability of cross-departmental data. - Reporting Timeliness:
On-time delivery of dashboards and reports.
