- Provide services that will maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment at school site.
- Demonstrated general knowledge of maintenance equipment used on the job.
- Valid Florida Driver License.
- Manual housekeeping, domestic tasks and grounds work in and around schools and other buildings.
- Under relatively close supervision or a well‑established routine.
- Knowledge of chemicals and how to use them properly.
- Heavy work:
Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
