Grand Villa of Palm Bay, a distinguished senior living community nested along the scenic coastline of Brevard County, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues proactively
• Assist with landscaping, groundskeeping, and general cleanliness of outdoor areas
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents, ensuring minimal disruption
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times

• Proven experience in general maintenance, repair, or a related field
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
