This role puts you right in the action of the Photolithography and Metrology area, taking ownership of preventive and corrective maintenance on high-impact tools like Canon iW/i1/i4 steppers, Perkin Elmer aligners, SVG tracks, TEL ACT8 coaters/developers, Hitachi SEM, and IVS metrology systems.
5+ years of hands-on Canon i1/iW/i4 stepper experience
Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills
Deep semiconductor-fab equipment maintenance background
Sharp problem-solving abilities in fast-paced production environments
Solid SPC knowledge and real-world implementation
Engineering degree (AS, BS) or military technical training
