A leading and rapidly growing construction firm is seeking a Project Executive to oversee major structural steel initiatives. This role is integral to directing project life cycles, managing teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex commercial and industrial work.
Responsibilities- Lead planning, execution, and closeout of structural steel projects
- Supervise Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Engineers within the structural division
- Oversee accurate monthly project billings to maintain healthy cashflow
- Partner with the Director of Project Management on hiring for the project management team
- Act as senior liaison for clients and key project stakeholders
- Review and authorize contracts, budgets, schedules, and change orders
- Manage project risks, scope adjustments, and client expectations
- Coordinate with Field Operations, Fabrication, and Detailing teams to maintain alignment
- 10+ years of project management experience in structural steel
- Proven history of overseeing complex construction initiatives
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 15%
