Night Shift Fab Technician – Renesas Palm Bay Operations

Renesas Palm Bay Operations team is looking for a Night Shift Fab Technician. In this position the successful candidate will perform a variety of manufacturing duties, i.e. machine set-up and operation, data logging, material handling, inspection, etc.

Candidate will be required to work in a clean room environment, including wearing clean room garments. Candidates with previous manufacturing experience that required multi‑tasking is a plus. Must be comfortable interacting with computer systems and high‑tech equipment. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret written instructions.

The role is on a compressed work week schedule consisting of 12‑hour shifts. Working hours are 7 pm – 7 am, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, every other Thursday. Work 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the following week. No weekends; off every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and every other Thursday.

Majority of work time requires standing. Once trained, the role requires independent work to meet quality and productivity expectations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer aptitude with ability to log transactions using keyboard and mouse.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience working with work teams.

This is an ITAR role – the candidate must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Person.
