Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time, PRN, On-Call with Weekend Availability

This role offers flexibility as a PRN or on-call position, with weekend availability to support our patients' needs. • Provide basic nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in medical records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and privacy regulations
• Support the overall well-being and comfort of patients during your scheduled shifts

• Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on a PRN basis, including weekends and on-call shifts
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to patient care
