• Provide direct patient care, following personalized care plans and physician orders
• Observe patient behaviors; monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
• Collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
• CPR certification
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical‑surgical or general hospital setting preferred
• Rehabilitation experience preferred
