• Provide direct patient care in accordance with personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments and document findings.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.

• LPN/LVN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical‑surgical or general hospital setting preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.
