• Provide direct patient care in alignment with personalized care plans and physician orders
• Observe patient behaviors, monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
• Collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans
• Develop meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
• CPR certification
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical‑surgical or general hospital setting (preferred)
• Rehabilitation experience (preferred)
