Role Overview
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, serving pediatric and/or adult populations. The role involves applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring compliance with prescribed orders. Responsibilities include monitoring patient signs and symptoms, assessing physiologic and psychosocial changes, and analyzing data to identify nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications & Skills- Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification
- Preferably at least one year of professional nursing experience
- Assess and evaluate patient conditions
- Provide direct nursing services according to orders
- Document patient data and nursing diagnoses
- Hourly pay between $27-$32 with weekly payouts
