Protek Pest and Lawn is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and helping customers maintain healthy, pest-free homes and lawns. No prior pest control or lawn service experience is required — we provide paid training and licensing support.

• Perform pest control and lawn care treatments at residential properties
• Inspect properties for pest activity and lawn health issues
• Apply products safely and in accordance with company procedures and state regulations
• Educate customers on pest prevention and lawn care best practices
• Maintain accurate service records and route documentation
• Operate company vehicle and equipment responsibly
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at each visit

• Entry-level position — no prior industry experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes
• Comfortable with physical work, outdoor conditions, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• $19–21/hour based on experience
