Overview
Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers. They are expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
Responsibilities- Work closely with wholesale and retail customers.
- Promptly resolve any customer concerns.
- Ensure maximum client high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
- Achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting store sales goals.
- Contact with customers, which may include minors; handle cash and other payment methods.
- Handle electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value.
- Assist in protecting the business and its operations and reputation, ensuring safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
