Pay & Commission
$15.00 to $18.00 per hour. We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $1.00 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

Full‑time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate. Entry‑level role across nationwide pawn store locations. Partner with store staff to ensure customer service on both lending and retail sides. Engage customers, process sales, loans, and other transactions with jewelry, general merchandise, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.
Responsibilities- Greets and interacts with customers to build rapport and recommend financial solutions.
- Performs open/close procedures.
- Maintains a clean, stocked sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Processes sales and loan transactions per policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Handles cash and negotiable items following established policies.
- Answers incoming calls per company standards.
- Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
- Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers using respectful, clear communication.
- Partners with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
- Completes assigned training.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willing and able to perform extended standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting as required.
- Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
- Possibility of customer assistance outside the building.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong desire to serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient basic math calculations.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Willing to work multiple locations and a flexible retail schedule (including weekends and holidays).
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
The commission incentive plan is proprietary. Pawnbrokers may earn 2‑8% commission based on gross profit of personal performance. Details provided during interview.
