Sales Manager
This open sales manager position will be managing the team inside of the Bass Pro Shop located at 750 Bass Pro Dr NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905.
Vacation Sales Managers are part of our Retail Marketing team which markets and sells our affordable, family friendly mini vacation packages through our retail locations based in Cabela's and Bass Pro shops throughout the country.
Responsibilities- Lead and maintain a high-performing team of 4-6 Sales Representatives.
- Staff, develop, and guide a forward-facing sales team that engages with potential customers to generate leads and sell vacation packages.
- Support your team in achieving sales targets and maintaining a fun and energetic work environment.
- Ensure that sales reps earn uncapped commission and maximize their earnings.
- Uncapped commission for your team.
- Average sales closing time less than 10 minutes.
