Job Description

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business.

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow‑ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.

• High School/GED required.
• 0‑2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (preferred) or ability to obtain required licensure within 90 days.
• Strong skills in active learning, adaptability, business integrity, customer relationships, customer service, office administration, persuasion, researching, sales, social orientation, time management.

Base hourly rate: $20.00 per hour. Total compensation may include incentive pay, such as commissions and bonuses, based on individual and team performance.
