• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
• Basic math, cash-handling, and POS proficiency
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new products and systems

Vocational or college-level coursework in business, marketing, or a related field, previous retail, sales, or customer service experience, and experience handling cash, POS systems, or basic inventory tasks are a plus!

In this full-time role, you'll create a welcoming and engaging experience from the moment customers walk in, guiding them through product options with confidence and care. You'll recommend solutions, highlight promotions, and drive sales while maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor. You'll handle transactions accurately, restock merchandise, assist with inventory, and resolve customer concerns professionally, ensuring every visit is smooth, positive, and memorable.
