Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with post procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to identify unusual activity, access issues, and security-related concerns;
Maintain accurate logs, report maintenance or access control issues, and communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership
