Join MMW Facility Services LLC as a Porter/Handyman in Palm Bay, FL, where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our facilities and ensuring a clean, safe environment. work time: 7:00 a.m.

- 3:30 p.m.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building and equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas, including lobbies and restrooms.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls from tenants.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down for events and meetings.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Support the team in various handyman tasks, including plumbing and electrical work.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• delivering packages to employees that may weigh 50lbs to 75lbs
• willing to have directions from 3 to 4 managers

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance, handyman, or related roles.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  50 lbs. to 75 lbs.!!
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude is a must.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Willing to have a background check done
