HVAC Installer

A/C Service Masters is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, skilled HVAC installers to join our team!

Our focus is residential new construction, and we’re especially interested in candidates with experience in equipment sets and change-outs. We are currently hiring for a Crew Lead position—someone who can take charge of a job site, mentor a developing installer, and ensure every job is completed with quality and professionalism.

• Experience in residential new construction HVAC installs
• Bonus if you have experience with equipment sets and system replacements
• Ability to lead and train a helper while maintaining job site standards
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and timeliness
• Desire to grow within a supportive, long-term team

• Start time is 7:30 AM—check your truck inventory and head out to perform a new construction rough-in, equipment set, or full system replacement
• 30-minute lunch break—feel free to drive a short distance to grab a bite
• Wrap up around 4 PM unless finishing a same-day system replacement
