We are looking for a motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role involves inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and applying treatments to eliminate and prevent infestations. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces, and performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

• Perform inspections to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Apply pesticides and other treatments following company and industry safety standards.
• Treat areas such as crawl spaces, attics, basements, and exteriors of homes and businesses.
• Communicate with customers about service procedures, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
• Maintain and operate pest control equipment, tools, and company vehicles.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping
  .
• Work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, and basements.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Comfortable working with and around pesticides and chemicals per safety guidelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in pest control is preferred but not required (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state pest control certifications.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
