* The Case Worker or Case Manager SSVF (Supportive Services for Veteran Families ) advocates and assists in providing solutions and support services to enable their assigned caseload to function as independently as possible.

* Bachelor's degree or High School diploma and 4 years experience working with at-risk adult population.

Hourly pay rate $18.00 to $20.00 based on highest level of education
