Job Summary
Nightwing provides advanced cyber, data operations, systems integration and intelligence mission support services. The Engineer will work across the full lifecycle from emulation and reverse engineering to vulnerability research and tool development for diverse operating systems, delivering short‑turn‑around real‑world use cases with small teams and close customer coordination.
Required Skills- TS/SCI Clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain)
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (or equivalent) and minimum 3 years of prior engineering experience
- Proficiency with C/C++ on Unix/Linux platforms using Make/CMake build systems
- Experience with Python
- Practical knowledge of project execution and source management tools such as GIT
- Understanding of low‑level programming concepts, stack frames, calling conventions and memory management
- Reverse engineering with IDA, Ghidra, or Binary Ninja
- Use of full system emulation for research and analysis
- Assembly language experience (x86/64, ARM, PPC, MIPS, etc.)
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP stacks, wire‑level protocols, RF communications, BGP, routing protocols)
- Experience reversing Linux/Unix bootloaders (e.g., u-boot, aboot)
- Experience developing and productizing N‑day fuzzers
- Knowledge of SELinux, cgroups and Linux permission models
- Experience working with large open‑source projects
- Capture the Flag (CTF) experience
All candidates must be U.S. citizens and be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. This position is an onsite role.
