Fleet & Yard Maintenance Foreman Established Construction Company – Over 40 Years in Business

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Fleet & Yard Maintenance Foreman
. This is a hands‑on position responsible for helping keep our trucks, equipment, shop, and yard organized, maintained, and ready to support daily operations.

• Fueling company trucks and construction equipment.
• Performing routine preventive maintenance (greasing, fluid checks, filters, etc.)
• Completing minor mechanical and small engine repairs as needed.
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and functional.
• Maintaining the company yard, including mowing and general upkeep.
• Coordinating equipment servicing and repairs when necessary.
• Picking up parts and supplies as needed.
• Helping ensure equipment is safe, clean, and job‑ready.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work independently.
• Experience with construction equipment or fleet maintenance preferred.
• CDL preferred, but not required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Reliable, organized, and safety‑conscious.
