The Moving Company Team Leader/Driver is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Palm Bay–Melbourne–Titusville Area. This position leads a moving and junk removal crew, ensuring safe, efficient, and courteous service at customer homes, offices, and job sites. Daily responsibilities include driving company vehicles, loading and unloading items, coordinating job plans with customers, and overseeing team members to deliver a stress-free experience.

The Team Leader/Driver handles paperwork, payment processing, and basic customer service follow-up, while maintaining compliance with safety procedures and company standards. This role also supports brand reputation by upholding professional conduct, care for customer property, and adherence to company values.

• Experience leading small teams in moving, logistics, construction, or related hands-on work, with the ability to coordinate tasks and motivate team members.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items throughout the workday, including stairs and tight spaces, while following safe lifting practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to listen, explain services, set expectations, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills to plan routes, manage job timelines, and complete required documentation accurately.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site with flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in moving, junk removal, warehouse, or general labor is an advantage.
