Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Manage cash activity and ensure accurate financial transactions
• Review and process commission payments
• Lead month-end close activities and maintain financial accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership, including mortgage operations
• Support financial reporting and provide insights to leadership

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Real estate or property management accounting experience preferred
• 2+ year of supervisory or review experience
• Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting
