Accounting Specialist – Jonas Software Experience Required (Temp-to-Perm)
Pride Staff Financial is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to support our golf club client on day-to-day financial operations. This is a temporary role with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Hands-on experience with Jonas Club Management Software is required.
Schedule: Full-Time | Immediate Start
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, match POs, manage member billings, record payments, and handle collections.
System Operations: Maintain ledgers, process daily transactions, and pull reports using Jonas software.
Reconciliations: Assist with daily bank reconciliations, member account queries, and month-end tasks.
Required: Direct experience with Jonas Club Software.
2+ years of hands-on A/P and A/R experience (golf or private club industry experience preferred).
High accuracy, strong Excel skills, and the ability to start immediately.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $28.00
