Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Maintain and organize company records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, optimizing time management for the team.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Support the team in managing projects by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and requests.
Qualifications
  • Quick Books experience preferred.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), including calendar management.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred (construction or related industry preferred).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Outstanding time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, friendly, energetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work closely with management and external suppliers.
  • Initiative-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Update cash flow reports regularly.
